Frequently Asked Questions

Are AuriCore lithium batteries compatible with other inverter brands?

Yes. Our  lithium battery series features a massive built-in protocol library that matches all mainstream inverter brands. This ensures seamless integration into existing solar setups.

Low power generation can be attributed to a variety of factors, ranging from environmental conditions to equipment configuration. Please check the following key aspects:

  • Weather Conditions: Fog, rain, heavy cloud cover, and other adverse weather conditions will naturally reduce solar yield.

  • Temperature Extremes: Both excessively high and low temperatures can degrade the operational efficiency of solar panels, leading to reduced power output.

  • Shading Issues: Inspect the site environment for obstructions such as trees, power poles, water tanks, or even bird droppings. Ensure that front-row panels do not cast shadows on the rows behind them. Note: Due to the nature of solar strings, shading even a single panel can drastically lower the efficiency of the entire system.

  • Panel Orientation & Tilt: Verify that your panels are installed at the optimal angle and orientation for your location. Peak solar generation typically occurs between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM; suboptimal positioning will cause you to miss this prime window.

  • Panel Mismatch or Damage: Never connect different types or brands of solar panels to the same string or MPPT. Furthermore, a single damaged or malfunctioning panel can severely drag down the whole system’s output. Please replace any broken panels immediately.

  • Inverter Status: The system cannot generate power if the inverter is offline or in a fault state. Always verify the inverter’s current working status via your monitoring platform or local display.

  • Grid Instability: Reliable grid quality is essential for smooth inverter operation. Frequent fluctuations in grid voltage or frequency can hinder power generation and even trigger inverter error codes. Additionally, nearby heavy load consumption (large industrial equipment) can destabilize the local grid and affect your system’s performance.
